WE ARE LOOKING FOR FRIENDS WITH MEANS … folks with passionate spirits, a love of the mountains and genuine admiration for the people of Appalachia
We’ve been working on a motion picture for a long time, it’s the “Dances with Wolves of Appalachia” and presents the rustic, wonderful, positive nature of the mountain people in the true story of Alice Lloyd. Appalachia is the most romantic, mysterious, stunningly beautiful and misunderstood region in America … and the story of Alice Lloyd is one of the most magnificent legends of the mountains. Appalachia needs champions, Alice Lloyd needs champions, the Caney Creek movie needs champions that will make this motion picture a reality. If you are someone of means or solid connections, who knows fundraising and grant writing that can help spearhead the campaign to finance this motion picture, please consider donating and/or chairing a fund raising effort.
